Once logged into your personal escrow account :
- Select either BUYER or SELLER and view 'active transactions'
- The 'status' column displays the current status
- The 'change status to' column shows the available change(s)
- A 'change status to' input updates the 'status' column and generates email notification
- Not all status changes generate an automatic email
- You can click the buyer or seller email address for contact details
- You can click the unique ID number for transaction details
- You can click the column headers to 'sort'
