Why do you only support Internet Explorer 4 or higher and Firefox etc?
These browsers incorporate a technology that allows transfer
of files through normal web pages. This is how Auctionpix retrieves
your image and puts it on our servers. See also answer above. Top
Why must my image be saved in .jpg or .png format ?
This is the most common form of file type of images used on the internet. It's a type of 'file compression' that gives good clear images and not too many kb's to upload/download (your auction images will 'show' faster!). Top
What is copy and paste?
"Copy and paste" refers to placing something inside
your computer's invisible clipboard and then retrieving it. To copy
and paste simply highlight a text area with your mouse by holding
down your left mouse button and dragging the cursor over the text
you wish to delete or copy. Once highlighted press "CTRL"
and "C" at the same time. This places the text inside your
computers clipboard. Once there you can move your mouse and cursor
to another document and "paste" the information into it
by pressing "CTRL" and "V" at the same time. (CTRL
is short for the control key, located in the far lower left hand corner
of your keyboard.)
You can also do it by highlighting the text as above, then right click to 'copy', place the cursor where you want it, and then right click and 'paste'. Top
