December 2003:

Firstly, seasons greetings to all our new and existing users, and thank you for your support during 2003, and heres to a succesful and prosporous 2004

We have enhanced our ebay system for you, with the addition of automatic counters for auctionpix (Launch Pad) launched auctions. By adding either an auctionpix hosted image or any other image url to the Picture URL box on the auction creation page, you can view in Launch History the number of times that auction has been viewed (we count the image displays for you), and in ebay tools, we have added a sort function to the results of Auction Notifications, by clicking a column header you can sort into a more logical sequence, enabling you to select auctions more easily, and finally the big enhancement !

We are pleased to announce another auctionpix exclusive, in the templates section, we have added another Macromedia Flash function ... a slide show!. You can select upto 6 images per movie, with 4 picture frame styles to chose from, also you can add a title. Simply select your frame style, add a title, choose your images, and save, then to include this slide show to an auction, select your saved slide show template from the drop down box on the auction creation page.

November 2003:

As promised in October, our new ebay tools are available !
Users can now call up 'missing feedbacks' - the result is where you have left a positive feedback and not had one in return, with the ability to send an email to all or selected results. There are also two other feedback functions, an easy leave same comment feedback for all available auctions and also return a postitive feedback where you have been left a feedback. Perhaps one of the most exciting new tools is our auction notification system, users can now send an email, either their own design or a created one, the relevent auction details included for you, all automatically. Uses can include invoices to buyers (yes different postage amounts also), payment reminders, item despatched, in fact any type of email you wish to send.... all with the ability to include the basic individual auction details per email. The final new tool is a version of your My eBay, with a difference, users can annotate and save the results, you can 'mark' completed auctions such as payment received, reminder sent etc, also download the results as a CSV file for use in Excel for example.

October 2003:

We are at the final stages of Phase 2 of our ebay API system, and soon will be able to offer you some exciting new tools. We have enhanced our much loved and used Feedback Finder, users will be able to send an email reminder to all or selected results. Also we have added two new feedback tools,

Feedback Leaver, a one page 'result' of all your available feedbacks to leave, select some or all, add your feedback comment (same will apply to each) and submit.
Feedback Return, same as Feedback Leaver except the results are only where a feedback has already been left for you.

Auction Notifications, enables you to send either your own email template or a pre-designed one to each completed auction winner. Uses could be end of auction notifications, payment reminders, goods despatched etc, (yes the email templates can pick up the correct user and auction details and you can add individual shipping and/or insurance charges)

Transaction History, a version of your My eBay page where you can add annotations for paid, remind, item sent, feedback etc and also mark as complete to dispaly on a separate page. There is also a CSV download for those that use Excel or similar for auction management

For those familiar with CSV, this function has also been added to auction creation ;-)

September 2003:

On each page of the hosting/listing service there is a 'help' icon with updated information pages which will assist you in making the most out of our new system

Also we have created an ebay sponsored group **auctionpix users group**
Where you will find a number of topics explaining in greater detail how our system can work for you, feel free to register and add your comments/suggestions and even 'meet' other auctionpix users!

August 2003:

We are now an eBay certified developer!
This means we now utilise eBays own API system, we connect direct to ebay servers making a more efficient and stable listing system for our users.

Our new auction template maker has been well received, especially the new 'themes' we have introduced, and will be adding additional themes as the need require, especially 'seasonal' ones to help you in making really attractive auctions.

We are also I understand, the first hosting/listing service to provide a Macromedia Flash auction template which is available for all our users.
